Engineered Products and Fuel System Design
BAF Technologies offers design, engineering, and manufacturing of specialized products for use in alternative vehicle systems. From simple brackets to complex fuel storage stacks BAF provides the highest quality design alternative fuel systems. Every vehicle application we undertake is engineered to meet the most vigorous safety and product standards. All of our systems meet the applicable codes as published by the National Fire Protection Administration (NFPA).

BAF has designed and built storage systems for such notable clients as Mack Truck, the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service and The United States Air Force just to name a few. The same quality engineering and workmanship that went into the creation of the systems goes into every system we build.

Other notable engineering projects undertaken by BAF was the design and production of a complete working CNG engine fuel system for an International DT466. This project was a complete rework of both internal and external components to create a spark ignited dedicated Natural Gas burning engine from what had been a compression ignition engine. This was a daunting task, but the end result was an EPA certification of LEV.
